sec.159A Establishment
As soon as practicable after a declaration regulation is made under section 34 (1) , MEDQ must— establish a committee (a local consultative committee ) for the provisional priority development area declared under the declaration regulation; and decide the terms of reference for the committee, including how the committee must operate in performing its functions. s 159A ins 2019 No. 11 s 65A
