sec.137 Board meetings
The chairperson may convene a meeting of the board members. The chairperson must convene a board meeting— at least 6 times each year; and if asked, in writing, by— at least half of the board members for the time being; or the Minister. s 137 sub 2024 No. 32 s 54 (sec.137-ssec.1) The chairperson may convene a meeting of the board members.
