sec.126A Direction to particular entities to provide information
This section applies in relation to the following entities— a distributor-retailer; a government entity; a local government. MEDQ may give a written direction to the entity to give stated information to MEDQ by a stated time and in a stated way. However, the direction may be given only if MEDQ is satisfied it needs the information for the proper and orderly planning, development and management of a priority development area or PDA-associated land. The entity must comply with the direction. In this section— information includes a document. s 126A ins 2024 No. 32 s 45 (sec.126A-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the following entities— a distributor-retailer; a government entity; a local government. (sec.126A-ssec.2) MEDQ may give a written direction to the entity to give stated information to MEDQ by a stated time and in a stated way. (sec.126A-ssec.3) However, the direction may be given only if MEDQ is satisfied it needs the information for the proper and orderly planning, development and management of a priority development area or PDA-associated land.
