sec.122 Consultation with public sector entities before entering into particular infrastructure agreements

This section applies if a proposed infrastructure agreement would, if entered into, likely continue to apply in relation to land after the land ceases to be in, or to be PDA-associated land for, a priority development area. Before entering into the proposed infrastructure agreement, MEDQ must consult about the terms of the agreement with the entities MEDQ considers will be superseding public sector entities for infrastructure the subject of the agreement. s 122 amd 2016 No. 17 s 119 ; 2019 No. 11 s 64 (sec.122-ssec.1) This section applies if a proposed infrastructure agreement would, if entered into, likely continue to apply in relation to land after the land ceases to be in, or to be PDA-associated land for, a priority development area.
