sec.116F Definitions for div 3
In this division— charge notice see section 116G (1) . charging entity means— for an infrastructure expenses recoupment charge made and levied, or taken to have been made and levied, by a superseding public sector entity—the public sector entity; or otherwise—MEDQ. relevant charge means— a special rate or charge; or an infrastructure expenses recoupment charge. s 116F ins 2014 No. 40 s 17
