sec.116A Definitions for div 2
In this division— charge area means 1 of the following identified in an authorising instrument— a single priority development area; a part of a single priority development area; an area consisting of 2 or more priority development areas, or parts of 2 or more priority development areas, in the same local government area; PDA-associated land for a priority development area. s 116A def charge area amd 2016 No. 17 s 114 provision , of infrastructure, includes coordination of the provision of the infrastructure. s 116A ins 2014 No. 40 s 17
- (a) a single priority development area;
- (b) a part of a single priority development area;
- (c) an area consisting of 2 or more priority development areas, or parts of 2 or more priority development areas, in the same local government area;
- (d) PDA-associated land for a priority development area.
