sec.113 MEDQ may remedy noncompliance with particular orders
This section applies if a person against whom an enforcement order, or an order under section 111 , has been made does not comply with the order within the period stated in the order. MEDQ may— take the action required under the order; and recover the reasonable costs of taking the action as a debt owing by the person to MEDQ. s 113 sub 2019 No. 11 s 101 (sec.113-ssec.1) This section applies if a person against whom an enforcement order, or an order under section 111 , has been made does not comply with the order within the period stated in the order. (sec.113-ssec.2) MEDQ may— take the action required under the order; and recover the reasonable costs of taking the action as a debt owing by the person to MEDQ.
- (a) take the action required under the order; and
- (b) recover the reasonable costs of taking the action as a debt owing by the person to MEDQ.
