sec.112 Offence to contravene Magistrates Court order
A person against whom an order under section 111 has been made must comply with the order. Maximum penalty—4,500 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. See also section 164 in relation to the liability of an executive officer of a corporation for an offence against this section committed by the corporation. s 112 amd 2019 No. 11 s 99
