sec.110 Offence to contravene enforcement order
A person against whom an enforcement order has been made must comply with the order. Maximum penalty—4,500 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. See also— section 164 in relation to the liability of an executive officer of a corporation for an offence against this section committed by the corporation; and the Planning and Environment Court Act 2016 , section 36 . s 110 amd 2016 No. 27 s 192 ; 2019 No. 11 s 97
