sec.104AI Requirement to consult before making place renewal framework
Before making the place renewal framework, MEDQ must consult, in the way it considers appropriate, with— the relevant local government; and any of the following entities MEDQ considers are likely to be affected by the proposed place renewal framework— a government entity or GOC; another person or entity. s 104AI ins 2024 No. 32 s 38
- (a) the relevant local government; and
