248 Evidentiary certificates of Authority In any proceedings under this Act, a certificate purporting to be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority, certifying— (a) that a person was or was not appointed under section 244 at a particular time; or (b) that a licence had or had not been issued to a particular person under this Act— is evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.
