225 Destruction of records (1) The Freeway Corporation must cause any records it holds in relation to the non-payment of a toll or toll administration fee to be destroyed within 2 years after the creation of the records or within any shorter or longer period prescribed by the regulations. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to records that do not identify any person or vehicle. Pt 9 Div. 7 (Heading and ss 225A–225D) inserted by No. 18/2020 s. 128.
