207A Disputes in relation to payment of tolls (1) If the Freeway Corporation or an authorised person has made a request under section 207(4A), the enforcement agency may send, by post, a notice of the requirement to be registered under this Part in respect of the toll zone to the operator of the vehicle concerned. (2) If a dispute resolution process set out in an agreement referred to in section 205A(1) or established by Freeway Corporation relating to the registration, or non-registration, at a particular time of a vehicle under this Part is in progress, proceedings (other than civil proceedings) cannot be commenced under this Part relating to the non-registration of the vehicle at that time.
