206 Offence to tamper with prescribed tolling devices A person must not, without just cause, tamper or interfere with a prescribed tolling device or any part of a prescribed tolling device in a manner— (a) that causes incorrect information to be recorded or transmitted; or (b) that prevents or interferes with the recording or transmission of information— in respect of the use of a toll zone by a vehicle in which that device is or may be situated.
