201 Payment of toll If an amount is paid to the Freeway Corporation on a request for payment made of a person under section 200— S. 201(a) amended by No. 74/2007 s. 45(a). (a) the Freeway Corporation must apply that amount to the trips identified in the request for payment that are specified by the person making the payment; or S. 201(b) amended by No. 74/2007 s. 45. (b) if the person does not specify the trips to which the amount is to be applied, the Freeway Corporation must apply that amount first to pay the earliest unpaid request for payment made of that person under that section and then to pay any later unpaid requests for payment made of that person in the order in which the requests for payment were made.
