169 Duties of Freeway Corporation If the Freeway Corporation discovers unnotified Utility infrastructure in the course of carrying out Project construction work, the Freeway Corporation must— (a) take all reasonable steps to identify the Utility that owns or operates that Utility infrastructure; and (b) give notice of the Utility infrastructure to— (i) the Authority; and (ii) the relevant Utility Minister.
