161 Duty of Utility to give notice A Utility must, within the time required in the notice given under section 160, give notice in writing to the Freeway Corporation— (a) setting out the nature and location of the Utility infrastructure of the Utility in the Extended Project area; and (b) stating whether or not the Utility believes that the Utility infrastructure will be affected by the Project construction work.
