125 Authority to be referral authority (1) The Authority is deemed to be specified as a referral authority in any planning scheme under the **Planning and Environment Act 1987** in relation to— (a) land in the Extended Project area; and (b) land in any additional referral area declared under subsection (2). (2) The Minister may, by Order published in the Government Gazette, declare any area within 200 metres of the boundary of the Extended Project area to be an additional referral area for the purposes of this section. (3) The Minister must not make an Order under subsection (2) unless the Minister has received the appropriate plans which have been— (b) lodged in the Central Plan Office.
