120 Authority may enter into agreements for land (1) The Authority alone or jointly with any other person may enter into an agreement with another person (the ***purchaser***) concerning the use or development of land purchased by the Authority under section 54— (a) on disposing of the whole of its interest in the land to the purchaser; or (b) in anticipation of disposing of the whole of its interest in the land to the purchaser. (2) Division 2 of Part 9 of the **Planning and Environment Act 1987** applies to an agreement under subsection (1) as if— (a) that agreement were an agreement under that Division; and (b) that Division referred to the Authority instead of the responsible authority for the planning scheme; and (c) section 174(2)(c) were omitted; and (d) sections 177(2), 178 and 179(1) referred to the Minister administering this Act instead of the Minister.
