6 Referring courts—referral during proceedings—the Act, ss 6 and 7
For the Act, sections 6(1) and 7(1)(b), the following courts and proceedings are prescribed—
(a) the District Court, for criminal proceedings brought before the District Court,
(b) the Local Court, for criminal proceedings brought before the Local Court.
Note—
A referral to the Drug Court is made by notifying the registrar.
