sec.9B Approvals given by principal registrar
This rule applies to an approval given by the principal registrar under rule 9A (1) . The approval— may be given on conditions; and must be published on the Queensland Courts website. The failure of the principal registrar to comply with subrule (2) (b) does not affect the validity of the approval. r 9B ins 2021 Act No. 23 s 22 (sec.9B-ssec.1) This rule applies to an approval given by the principal registrar under rule 9A (1) . (sec.9B-ssec.2) The approval— may be given on conditions; and must be published on the Queensland Courts website. (sec.9B-ssec.3) The failure of the principal registrar to comply with subrule (2) (b) does not affect the validity of the approval.
