sec.4 Dictionary
The dictionary in schedule 2 defines particular words used in these rules. Words and expressions used in the DFVP Act have the same meaning in these rules as they have in that Act. However, subrule (2) does not apply if the rule where the term is used makes it clear that the term does not have the same meaning as in the DFVP Act . (sec.4-ssec.1) The dictionary in schedule 2 defines particular words used in these rules.
