sec.38 What div 4 is about
Division 4 explains how a court may issue a subpoena under the DFVP Act , including— how a person may request a subpoena; and the form of a subpoena; and the obligations of a person to comply with a subpoena; and how a subpoena may be set aside. A DFVP court can issue the following subpoenas under the DFVP Act , section 154 — a subpoena for production; a subpoena to give evidence; a subpoena for production and to give evidence.
