sec.30 Litigation guardian involvement in proceeding for person with impaired capacity
A person with impaired capacity may start or be a respondent for a proceeding by the person’s litigation guardian. Anything that may be done by a party in a proceeding may be done by the party’s litigation guardian. (sec.30-ssec.1) A person with impaired capacity may start or be a respondent for a proceeding by the person’s litigation guardian. (sec.30-ssec.2) Anything that may be done by a party in a proceeding may be done by the party’s litigation guardian.
