sec.14C Affirming corrective services statement of service
The person making a corrective services statement of service under section 14B (3) must affirm the statement before a corrective services officer who holds a more senior position than the person making the statement. The corrective services statement of service must be signed by the corrective services officer before whom it was affirmed (the witnessing officer ) above a statement of the witnessing officer’s name and position. r 14C ins 2025 SL No. 111 s 7 (sec.14C-ssec.1) The person making a corrective services statement of service under section 14B (3) must affirm the statement before a corrective services officer who holds a more senior position than the person making the statement. (sec.14C-ssec.2) The corrective services statement of service must be signed by the corrective services officer before whom it was affirmed (the witnessing officer ) above a statement of the witnessing officer’s name and position.
