sec.11 What pt 3 is about
Part 3 generally explains how a person, other than a child, is to be given notice of proceedings. The DFVP Act , section 188 states how a document is to be given to, or served on, a child. Division 2 explains how personal service, ordinary service and informal service are to be performed for a proceeding and includes other matters about attempted service and service under a substituted service order. Division 3 explains how a named person is to be given notice of a proceeding.
