25B Building practitioner—body corporate nominee (medium rise)
> > (1) Pathway 1—qualifications Must be a holder of a supervisor certificate authorising the holder to do general building work under the [Home Building Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-147).

> > (1A) Pathway 2—qualifications Must, in the opinion of the Secretary, satisfy the qualification requirements to hold a supervisor certificate authorising the holder to do general building work under the [Home Building Act 1989](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1989-147).

> > (2) Experience—all pathways Must have at least 3 years, or equivalent part-time, practical experience within the last 7 years, which—
> >
> > > (a) includes at least 2 years practical experience relating to work carried out in Australia by the person, and
> >
> > > (b) includes 2 years experience coordinating or supervising building work involving a class 1, 2, 3, 9a or 9c building, and
> >
> > > (c) relates to the carrying out of building work involving a class 1, 2, 3, 9a or 9c building.

> > > (a) the Act and this Regulation,

> > > (b) the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203), including regulations and instruments made under that Act, to the extent that the legislation is relevant to this class of registration,

> > > (c) the Building Code of Australia, Volumes 1 and 2, including documents adopted by reference in the Building Code of Australia,

> > > (d) building design and construction, including methods, materials and planning.
