#### 22 Exemption from certain requirements relating to work 22 Exemption from certain requirements relating to work > For the purposes of section 107(5) of the Act, a registered principal design practitioner appointed in relation to building work must comply with the requirements for work set out in section 12(1) of the Act only in circumstances where the practitioner is required to provide a principal compliance declaration to another person under the Act and this Regulation.
