#### 20 Documents may only be lodged by registered practitioners 20 Documents may only be lodged by registered practitioners > For the purposes of section 107(2)(d) of the Act, a person must not provide any documents referred to in this Division to the Secretary unless— > > > (a) the person is a registered design practitioner, registered principal design practitioner or registered building practitioner, and > > > (b) the person’s registration authorises the person to provide the documents to the Secretary in accordance with this Division. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units in the case of a body corporate or 100 penalty units in the case of an individual.
