DESERT KNOWLEDGE AUSTRALIA REGULATIONS 2004 Regulations under the Desert Knowledge Australia Act 2003 1 Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Desert Knowledge Australia Regulations 2004. 2 Use of common seal The common seal of Desert Knowledge Australia must not be affixed to a document except in the presence of: (a) 2 members of the Board; or (b) a member of the Board and the chief executive, who must attest that fact and the date of the affixing of the seal by their signatures.
