#### 80 Delegation of Minister’s power to make certain determinations (1) The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate to the Secretary, or to an SES employee or an acting SES employee in the Department, the Minister’s power: (a) to determine an average house price under section 52; or (b) to make a determination under section 53 (which provides for the median interest rate). > Note: SES employee and acting SES employee are defined in section 2B of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901. (2) In exercising powers or functions under a delegation, a delegate under subsection (1) must comply with any directions of the Minister.
