#### 74 Internal review—applications for review of reviewable decisions (1) A person whose interests are affected by a reviewable decision may apply to the Secretary for review of the decision. (2) An application must be in the approved form. > Note: Section 77 deals with approved forms. (3) An application for review of a reviewable decision must be made within 28 days after the person is notified of the decision under section 73, or such longer period as the Secretary allows, either before or after the end of that period.
