#### 56 How subsidy is paid—to loan provider for the benefit of subsidised borrower (1) The Secretary must pay the subsidy to the loan provider, in accordance with section 57 or 58, by way of a payment into the subsidised borrower’s subsidised loan account for the benefit of the borrower. (2) The loan provider must ensure that the subsidised borrower receives the benefit of the payment under subsection (1).
