53 Monthly subsidy—median interest rate
(1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine: (a) an interest rate for the purpose of subsection (2); or (b) a formula or other method for working out an interest rate for the purpose of subsection (2). (2) In this Act:
median interest rate is the lower of the following:
(a) the interest rate determined under paragraph (1)(a), or worked out in accordance with a determination under paragraph (1)(b);
(b) an interest rate prescribed by the regulations.
