#### 52 Monthly subsidy—average house price (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine an average house price for the purposes of this Act in relation to a financial year. (2) The Minister must, in making a determination under subsection (1), take into account national weighted average house price data published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics (in whatever form the data is published from time to time). (3) In this Act: > average house price, in relation to a financial year, means the average house price determined under this section.
