#### 35 When subsidy stops being payable—scope This Subdivision applies if, in relation to a particular entitlement period, the Secretary has (under section 27) authorised the payment of subsidy to a subsidised borrower in relation to a subsidised loan, secured by a mortgage over an interest in land.
