#### 29 When subsidy becomes payable—eligibility and service credits The following conditions must be met: (a) a subsidy certificate held by the subsidised borrower must be in force; (b) the subsidised borrower must have a service credit under section 46. > Note: Immediately after the first authorisation day for the subsidy, the subsidy certificate stops being in force (see section 22). If subsidy stops being payable (under section 36), the subsidised borrower can only again become entitled to subsidy under this Division if he or she is given a new subsidy certificate.
