25Cancellation of subsidy certificate

#### 25 Cancellation of subsidy certificate The Secretary may, by written notice given to a person who holds a subsidy certificate, cancel the certificate if the Secretary is satisfied that: (a) the certificate was given as a result of a false or misleading statement made by the person; or (b) at the time the decision to give the certificate was made, the person was not entitled to be given the certificate. > Note: Part 5 provides for the administrative review of a decision to cancel a subsidy certificate.
