3 Interpretation
In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears –
regulations means the regulations made and in force under this Act;
standard time means the time declared by the Standard Time Act 1895 to be the standard time throughout this State;
Tasmanian summer time means the time to be observed throughout this State as fixed under this Act.
