I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, make this Declaration under subclause 55 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Dairy Produce Act 1986.

1 Name of Declaration
This Declaration is the Dairy Produce (Closure of Dairy Adjustment Authority) Declaration 2008.
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Dairy Adjustment Authority to cease to exist
The Dairy Adjustment Authority ceases to exist immediately after 31 December 2008.
