Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These regulations make two technical fixes to Australia’s dairy support rules: they require levies collected on certain skimmilk and buttermilk powder products to be credited to the special account for the same production period, and they correct a mistaken cross‑reference in the monthly reporting rules. They affect dairy producers/processors who pay those levies and the statutory corporation that manages the Dairy Industry Stabilization Fund, ensuring proper fund allocation and clearer reporting.
