KERR\n\nGovernor-General\n\nBy His Excellency’s Command,\n\nIAN SINCLAIR\n\nMinister of State for Primary Industry\n\nAMENDMENTS OF THE DAIRY INDUSTRY STABILIZATION REGULATIONS†\n\nCommencement\n\n1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 1977.\n\n2. Regulation 4 of the Dairy Industry Stabilization Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:\n\nAccount to which moneys in respect of certain dairy products are to be credited\n\n“ 4. Any moneys credited to the Fund under sub-section 10 (1) of the Act that were paid by the Commonwealth to the Corporation by reason of the receipt by the Commonwealth, from time to time, of levy in respect of—\n\n(a) modified skimmilk powder; or\n\n(b) skimmilk and buttermilk powder mixture,\n\nare to be credited to the account in respect of skimmilk powder and buttermilk powder produced during the production period (being a production period with respect to skimmilk powder and buttermilk powder) during which the product in respect of which the levy was received by the Commonwealth was produced.”.\n\n\\* Notified in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 30 November 1977.\n\n† Statutory Rules 1977, No. 132.\n\n  \n\nMonthly returns\n\n3\\.
