### 73 Repeals and transitional provisions > > (1) The Acts that are specified in [Schedule 1](#JS1@EN) are repealed. > > > (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of [subsection (1)](#GS73@Gs1@EN) the provisions of [Schedule 2](#JS2@EN) have effect for the purposes of the transition to the provisions of this Act from the law in force before the commencement of this Act.
