### 58 No waiver by acceptance of purchase-money, interest, or rent
> The acceptance by or on behalf of the Crown of any purchase-money, or any part thereof, due in respect of any Crown land, or of any interest on the balance thereof, or of rent or other payment under any lease or licence, shall not operate as a waiver by the Crown of any forfeiture accruing by reason of the breach of any condition, precedent or subsequent, in respect of the estate or interest of a purchaser, lessee, or licensee.
