### 50 General penalty > *\[Section 50 Amended by No. 43 of 1991, s. 5 and Sched. 1 \]*A person who is guilty of an offence against this Act for which no other penalty is expressly prescribed elsewhere in this Act is liable to a fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
