### 45J General authority > *\[Section 45J Inserted by No. 113 of 1995, s. 4 \]*The Minister by notice published in a newspaper circulating generally in the State may authorise any person or group of persons to carry out an activity referred to in [section 45A](#GS45A@EN) [(1)](#GS45A@Gs1@EN) in any Crown land or assigned land specified in the notice for any period specified in that notice.
