45J General authority
*[Section 45J Inserted by No. 113 of 1995, s. 4 ]*The Minister by notice published in a newspaper circulating generally in the State may authorise any person or group of persons to carry out an activity referred to in section 45A (1) in any Crown land or assigned land specified in the notice for any period specified in that notice.
