### 45G Renewal of business licence
> *\[Section 45G Inserted by No. 113 of 1995, s. 4 \]*

> > (1) The holder of a business licence, before the licence ceases to be in force, may apply to the Minister for a renewal of the licence.
>
> > (2) An application for renewal is to be –
> >
> > > > (a) in writing; and
> > >
> > > > (b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
> > >
> > > > (c) accompanied by any information and documents the Minister requires; and
> > >
> > > > (d) lodged with the Minister.

> > (3) The Minister may –

> > > > (a) grant the application, with or without conditions; or
> > >
> > > > (b) refuse to grant the application.

> > (4) A licence is renewed –
