45B Application for business licence
[Section 45B Inserted by No. 113 of 1995, s. 4 ]
(1) A person may apply to the Minister for a business licence.
(2) An application is to be –
(a) in writing; and
(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
(c) accompanied by any information and documents the Minister requires; and
(d) lodged with the Minister.
(3) The Minister may remit any or all of the fee for an application.
