> > (1) A person may apply to the Minister for a business licence.

> > (2) An application is to be –

> > > > (a) in writing; and

> > > > (b) accompanied by the prescribed fee; and

> > > > (c) accompanied by any information and documents the Minister requires; and

> > > > (d) lodged with the Minister.
