39C Application of Residential Tenancy Act 1997

[Section 39C of Part IV Inserted by No. 60 of 2000, s. 10, Applied:14 Nov 2000] Except as otherwise provided by this Division, the Residential Tenancy Act 1997 applies in respect of a lease under section 39A .
