2A Act not to apply to certain land
[Section 2A Inserted by No. 45 of 1998, s. 57, Applied:31 Dec 2001] This Act does not apply to any Crown land that is –
(a) [Section 2A Amended by No. 64 of 2002, Sched. 1, Applied:31 Dec 2002] reserved land within the meaning of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 ; or
(b) [Section 2A Amended by No. 50 of 2013, Sched. 1, Applied:11 Dec 2013] permanent timber production zone land within the meaning of the Forest Management Act 2013 .
